Ben Nicholls is part of The KPA Group, a family-owned enterprise with diverse business interests. Within the property sector, KPA are investors and portfolio builders, boasting a varied portfolio across the South West. They also run a multi-award-winning, multi-branch letting agency that specialises in HMO management. Ben excels in financial analysis and creative deal structuring, and he is also a string advocate for integrating systems and technology, which he is very passionate about.

With a Mathematics degree from Bristol University, Ben is something of a wizard with figures and particularly enjoys crafting deal structures that result in win-win outcomes, benefiting all parties involved. His talent in this area has enabled KPA to build a large, substantial and diversified portfolio over the past nine years. He also provide specialist advice to developers and investors. His experience covers all stages of a project including land acquisition and planning policy, design/feasibility and construction management; together with site inspection and asset management.
